QuestionCan 1TB internal HDD be replaced with SSD? If Yes, what type of SSD is supported?

- Answer Thank you for reaching out. You can change the HDD with an SSD. I would use an M.2 SSD and keep the 1TB ssd installed. This way you can have a large drive for storage and the smaller M.2 SSD for the important programs.

QuestionI am very Afraid of purchasing refurbished laptops being that i had bad experiences with them, is this a factory refurbished laptop, and are all kinks ironed out.

- Answer I bought this refurbished unit for my son for school and he loves it, has not had any issues with the computer what so ever. I am 99% sure they are HP refurbished also. This is not my first go round on refurbished units. I have bought HP before twice and one Toshiba, I had returned the Toshiba after 2 days and picked up an HP!!! Hope this helps.
