I bought this refurbished unit for my son for school and he loves it, has not had any issues with the computer what so ever. I am 99% sure they are HP refurbished also. This is not my first go round on refurbished units. I have bought HP before twice and one Toshiba, I had returned the Toshiba after 2 days and picked up an HP!!! Hope this helps.
