Honestly can’t tell that it’s refurbished. I’ve had it for 2 months with no problems. I use it for my online programming class and have no issues. Unfortunately 2 months later you can easily find 15.6” laptops with 8th Generation Intel Core i7, 12GB memory and 1TB Hard Drive for $100 less but that’s just technology...

I tried checking this (same) configuration with many other brands and found out that they were much more expensive. I like the price which I got this in. No doubt about the quality of the product. It has great speed and more features than what me or my son need. This is perfect gift for my son who can use this one as gaming laptop. Other comparable gaming laptops were average $250 more than this one. Just want to share that is the second identical laptop I bought since I liked first one too much. Definitely recommend!

My purchase was a refurbished computer that is great for gaming, which I do a lot of but it is mainly for my college work. My parents agreed to this because it was an excellent computer but expensive at full price. I have had no issues with the computer and would definitely purchase a refurbished computer again.

This laptop is great for the price, but one of the keys was detached already right as I opened the box so I had to send it to HP for a repair which was a hassle. Hopefully there will be better quality control for these “certified” refurbished products.
