• Just like all other windows laptops, it comes with it but you will have to activate it by entering the Product Key before you can make use of MS Word or other MS Office applications. Having the key means purchasing MS Office. So by and large, you will have to buy it and install.

• Nope, it comes with the icons which prompt you to enter the code you get when you purchase it.

• No it doesn't. Most laptops and computers after Windows 8 usually do not have Word or any Microsoft products. You will have to buy it separately. (Which is not worth it)
