A:AnswerFaceTime is an Apple product, and as such, will only run on machines which have modern iOS operating systems, which Windows is not. There are other fine programs, but if Facetime is a deal-breaker, look for an Apple product.
A:AnswerHard cases have to be specifically designed to fit the contours of a particular laptop. To the best of my knowledge, there aren't any hard-shell cases that fit this laptop, however a sleeve designed for a 14" laptop will fit and give the computer added protection.
A:AnswerIf you have any concerns, you should contact HP Support or Geek Squad right away. The sooner you contact them the easier it will be for them to figure out what the problem might be and what can be done about it. The longer you wait, the more difficult it is and possibly the more costly it could be to fix.

A:AnswerUnfortunately, the RAM can't be upgraded. The SSD can be upgraded, but because there's only one NVMe m.2 slot, you'd need to replace the existing SSD with a higher capacity drive.
A:AnswerIt ships with Windows 11 in S mode, but you can easily take it out of S mode by following the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-119f-031bfb28a307#WindowsVersion=Windows_11.
