• good question. however this sounds like a software issue/choice rather than a print setting. if you are using MS Word you can set these values in the MAILINGS tab under ENVELOPES.

• I have not done so yet but try googling it or adjusting it from your Microsoft if that is the application your using before you print make sure your margins are correct and your printer should automatically know once you click print
