“No return date revealed I purchased the 6520 because I'm disabled. I have Windows Vista and the 6520 will not scan without a USB cable (and that's iffy at best), will not recognize my computer, will not fax and since I have been working with Cloud Services to try to fix things I passed the 15 day return policy which was NEVER revealed on the website. If it had, I would have kept it in mind and returned it before it passed. Now I've spend all this money and I don't have a printer that does what I need it to. Is there anybody out there with ANY ideas on how to fix this? Please?”
