• Same kind of battery as other laptops. Remove it from the bottom

• The battery is removable. Actually, the battery is not attached when you open the box. You can easily attach it yourself though. It's a great laptop!

• If you mean does it simply click out of its recess rather than unscrewing a panel, then yes it is removable instantly.
