Q: Is the battery removable without going into the laptop?
A: Yes, it is located on the bottom side of laptop.
Q: What operating system is installed on this computer?
A: The software installed is Windows 7, but it comes with the 7 and 10 DVDs just in case you want to switch. Read articles about these two different systems. They both have advantages and disadvantages. I preferred Windows 7 because of it's simplicity.

A: So far yes, it will void the warranty if you did that

A: Pre-installed but you'll need to download various update patches and so on.
