• I comes with a wired keyboard and mouse. I plugged my WIFI directly into the computer and I don't know anything about a vga port. I plugged my speakers into the computer also.

• Hi Giani. This refurbished HP Desktop has a VGA port on the rear. You would need to buy a separate wifi adapter. It comes with a power cord and documentation.
