Refurbished products have been previously returned to a manufacturer or vendor for various reasons, then tested for functionality and defects before they are repackaged and sold again. Refurbished products may be unused customer returns that are essentially "new" items, products used for testing during the manufacturing process, or products that were returned under warranty, repaired and tested for proper function.
