• Mine came with a CD R/W and DVD drives installed.

• That's a good question. There were several models in the 600 G1 series, and the refurbisher has included photos from two different models-the Tower and the Small Form Factor model. According to the specs, it includes a CD/DVD drive, which would mean it's the tower version (the one with the DVD drive in the photo). We'll notify Best Buy to have the refurbisher clarify the situation by eliminating the incorrect photos.
