I have had no problem connecting with my new computer...hooked it up and was able to connect to the internet wirelessly right away. Do you have the passcode for your internet provider and do you know how to connect with it? That's about all I can offer in my limited knowledge... I would need more info to possibly help...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I googled different ways to try and fix it. Nothing has worked. Still says "cannot connect to network." I shut down the router and powered it back on. I've updated the drivers. I've deleted and reinstalled the wireless driver. I've tried to connect to the 2.4 ghz signal and the 5 ghz signal. Still nothing.
