• According to HP website. No you cannot expand the memory as it is soldered to the motherboard. Laptop comes in 8GB or 16GB.

• I asked the same thing, and after the salesman did some research was told no. My device is 8gb ram. There is also a 16gb ram model, which led me to believe I should be able to, but apparently not.
