“Why is this advertised as a 15.6 " touch screen? When we measured it after purchasing, the screen (width of laptop) is actually only 14", and it is the correct model number 15-blo12dx. This is misleading.”

Most screens are measured diagonally, from one corner to another. If you measure from the top left corner to the bottom right corner you will get 15.6. I would not consider it misleading because most laptops, tablets, and phones are measured like this.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you measure on the diagonal; from top corner diagonally to opposite bottom corner it is 15.6". And yes, 15-blO12dx is the correct model number. It is printed on the bottom of the laptop.
