- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. No. You need a computer with at least Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better with 8 GB or 16 GB of RAM and a discrete graphics card with 2 gigabytes or more of video memory to run the Adobe programs like Photoshop. They are big programs that require a lot of processing power to run. We recommend partnering with a Blue Shirt team member in the computer department at Best Buy for further assistance.

- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Unfortuately, it appears that Cricut design space is not one of the available apps

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, you can create recovery media using a USB flash drive. Windows 10 cannot be installed, for security purposes. You may be able to install Linux by converting out of S Mode. Please review the system requirements for Linux to confirm that this laptop meets those specifications.

QuestionCan I download respondus browser to take my school exam? Also how would I go about removing it out of S mode?

- Answer Once you remove S Mode this Stream laptop will be compatible with Respondus LockDown. Switching out of S mode in Windows: On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > System > Activation. In the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button.

QuestionI do teletherapy and therefore need a good, clear camera with good resolution. How would you say the camera is on this laptop?

- Answer There are many factors that are involved when doing online chats of any sort. As far taking pictures or video, this camera is fine. If you are online, it will also depend on the internet connection between you and the other people, the specs of the machines, the program that you are using, and other background programs that could be running at the same time. You will also want to look at the system requirements from the developer's site for the program you use. In a case like this, I would recommend talking to a Best Buy associate and giving details that you can such as your internet speeds, router setup and let them know which program you will be using to make sure you have a setup to meet your needs.

- Answer I think, this is not gamer's laptop. The sims 4 and minecraft hardware requirements are higher: especially, for CPU (i3 or even I5, not Celeron) and graphics (GPUs).

QuestionCan the Zoom app be downloaded after the S business is removed?

- Answer After Windows 11 S mode switched out, it is possible to install any software for Windows. I did not install Zoom, but I installed Firefox, Chrome, Avira, Adobe viewer, etc. Remember, it is only 64-GB drive, Windows 11 (w/o S) occupies 22.2 GB, and I have only ~20 GB free now. I use SD card for my docs, photos, etc.

- Answer 64-GB eMMC internal drive . But it is possible to use small SD card (128 or 256 GB and more) permanently as external storage - one inserted, it's invisible.

- Answer Thank you for the question. With Windows S Mode, apps can only be obtained from the Microsoft Store. This won't be a problem if your bank app is there. If not, you'll need to convert the laptop out of S Mode. It's a free and simple conversion, but not reversible.
