• Yes. I order things online and return them to the store if I need to. It is much faster. Just make sure its within the first 15 days.

• Not sure, cell phone returns are not always given. If in store policies allow it I cant see why it wouldnt be the same for online purchases.

• Yes, you will just need to take the phone to your local Best Buy with a copy of the receipt within 14 days. However, I think you will love this phone! ;-)
