QuestionWhen I was at a T-mobile store today, a rep, told me that the Honor 6x is no longer supported by T- service because T- just eliminated frequency 1900 which is used by honor 6x. Can Huawei rep here confirm this info? honor 6x is on the top of my list.

- Answer I have t-mobile, and data, voice and text work perfectly. He just wants you to buy a t-mobile phone, so he can make commission. But the huawei 6x honor phone I bought works perfectly under t-mobile plan.

- Answer Both SIM slots support 2G,3G, 4G and LTE but only one may be used as 3G,4G,LTE at a time. You can select which one to use for data in the phone settings without rebooting so you don't need to pop out the SIM tray to switch the LTE sim back and forth. Works great where you have one sim for one country and vice versa. You can swap your default data sim in software and the apps never even realize that you have switched the carrier.

QuestionI need to know if it does really has 4G LTE Band 4 (1700/2100 mhz) as this publication says, because in many reviews I see that it hasn't this band. I have to use the phone in Argentina. Thankyou!

- Answer Yes it can, I believe it is under the battery settings, but I'm not sure. I have mine set to restart every Sunday at midnight. I also have the do not disturb set from 8pm to 6am. Works great.

- Answer No. It is not compatible with Virgin Mobile. That is the plan I had before I purchased this phone. I went with the T Mobile 55+ unlimited plan and bought their sim card to activate. Hope this helps. I LOVE this phone and changing plans for me was a no brainer.
