In regards to your concern our mate9´s don´t come with alexa so if you where to buy it at best buy or amazon it would not come with alexa, but you can contact amazon and ask them if you buy the phone with them if they could incorporate alexa to the device. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey! The Mate 9 from Best Buy also has the Alexa app. I believe all the US versions of the Mate 9 will have it. You should get it via a software update once you get the phone. The update came out last week.
