You can purchase this device at (www.consumer.huawei.com/en). If you do however wish to purchase the US version. You will want to contact your company Network in Japan where they will be able to further assist with the service. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Networks for International regions. You will want to make sure the Network is GSM compatible for the Mate 9 and not CDMA. As we do not support CDMA. You can purchase the Mate US version on (Amazon.com), (newegg.com) and (bestbuy.com).
