A:AnswerI believe the Mate 9 Pro is mostly for Asian regions. It most likely will be an international model which is not good for US models. The LTE bands will be all jacked up from my experience. Best to just get the Mate 9 and enjoy it now or wait on the Mate 10.
A:AnswerCall Huawei to double check the frequency of the Sim card. The Mate 9 Pro isn't optimized for Use in the US yet. So there will be a ton of issues. That is the reason why I purchased the Mate 9 instead. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerHi Shirley, sorry to hear about your issue with the Huawei Mate 9 not sending photos via messenger. Have you tried checking your APN settings? You will need to make sure those settings match with your T-Mobile carrier. If you still have issues, you can contact our knowledgeable Huawei Customer Support team at +1-888-548-2934 to further troubleshoot your issue. Thanks! (NS)
A:AnswerYes. Miracast is one strong option for the Huawei Mate 9. The phone also fully supports the standard display output. To connect Miracast, all you have to do is select Screen Sharing on your Miracast-enabled TV (which includes most smart TVs), then open the notifications tray by swiping down from the top of the screen. Swipe left to see Shortcuts, then scroll down until you can select Multi-screen. If your TV doesn't use Miracast, you can find a Miracast dongle online (or take a look at our third option). (NS)
A:AnswerAfter purchasing this phone and installing the Project Fi SIM, I am happy to report it is working wonderfully. It is set to one network (T-Mobile) so does not have the Fi advantage of switching between carriers, but all other functions are working.
It took some minor adjustments to settings, and switching the chosen app for MMS, but she LOVES it. It is far, far superior to the Pixel XL, and is just a stylus away from being the Note 7 replacement she was looking for.
