“There are two different answers to warranty question - one says this has a 1 year warranty, the other says Huawei does not provide warranty and only 90 days warranty by Best Buy. Which one is correct?”

When you purchase your device through Best Buy, you receive a 1-year Huawei warranty from date of purchase. We cannot speak on behalf of Best Buy's warranty, so you will need to contact them directly regarding their policy. (NS)
