Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! We do recommend that all of our users have the full Hydrow Membership in order to get the best experience on the Hydrow Wave. The membership is required to access the thousands of on-demand workouts through our Library, live workouts with our Athletes on the water and much more. Without the membership, the Hydrow Wave will have limited functionality but you will still have access to change the resistance on Hydrow and to your rowing metrics while doing the workout. The metrics will not save to your profile after the workout is completed without the membership.
