A:AnswerI don't have this product, but I am running a docking port on a Dell. I have a ViewSonic and a Dell monitor in that station. See if this helps? I'm running Extended for my monitor settings. The worse thing is you have to drag apps from one monitor to the other. Not sure if this helps, but you can try.
A:Answeryes-i bought it for use with my new macbook air 13.3 2020 version. it works fine, but i have to take off the protective shell i have on the bottom to use it. also wobbles a bit. but does work great!
A:AnswerHi Greg,
Thank you for reaching out. The Envy 360s that are equipped with USB-C are compatible. After viewing various models of this device, any of our universal USB-C hubs will be a great addition!
A:AnswerAs long as the Dell Latitude 5510 is featured with Thunderbolt3 USB-C port ( as this feature is optional according to the Dell website), then it is compatible with HyperDrive Solo 7-in-1. However it is not recommended, as the hub is blocking the DC power connection. You might have to consider a dongle USB-C hub.
A:AnswerYou might have the MacBook Air 2017 or earlier which does not feature with USB-C port. If you want to expand USB-A port on your MacBook Air, you could get a regular USB 4/8 ports hub.
MacBook Air late 2018 and above are equipped with 2× Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C 3.1 Gen 2), https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacBook_Air
A:AnswerHi Katy, it appears this will work. We suggest using the HyperDrive 9-Port to allow the phone leeway in the initial connection to the hub and to allow a bit of free movement for the phone. Also know, a power supply will need to be plugged in to ensure the hub is able to run with the monitor and phone connected.
A:AnswerI have the same problem with another dock. Seems the less expensive ones can't power a device, only allow data transfer. Docks that will power a superdrive run in the $200+ range. Apple makes a cable adapter that will work. It sells for $19.
