If you can do xmp you can get 2933 at cl-17-19-19 and even if you can't you should get that by default without xmp enabled since it is the Jedec profile. That is the profile the motherboard will attempt to default to in order to use the ram. If you board only supports up to 2666 then you are going to get the slower timings. Hope that helps.
