According to the SanDisk Support site: no, you cannot connect an ibi for direct access to a PC or Mac. From my research, there seems to be no workaround, hack or jailbreak to allow this either -- you must rely solely on the SanDisk servers (using their desktop, web or mobile software) as an "intermediary" between a devices and the ibi. WiFi access is a must. reference: https://ibisupport.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/21434
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not tried plugging it into a PC directly however when you download the ibi app to your pc and link it to the drive on your network, your pc will recognize it as another drive like N:/ and you can drag and drop or copy/paste files that way
