- Answer They swapped out some RAM and storage for a graphics card. The other PC didn't have a graphics card. I wondered the same thing until i looked a bit harder

- Answer I'm not sure due to the fact that i don't play minecraft, but i do know that when I play other games on steam such as Rust, which is one of the most cpu and gpu intensified games i get about 60fps which is surprisingly good for its price, buy u should get 100+

- Answer I understand your question to be whether you can upgrade the RAM on your computer. Mine arrived with a single 8GB stick of RAM. I upgraded to a total of 16GB of RAM simply by opening the CPU and dropping another 8GB into the second slot (there are only 2). Another thing that I could have done was to replace the single 8GB of RAM with two 16GB for a total of 32GB of RAM. But 16 GB of RAM is doing just fine for me.
