A: Maximum allowed by the refresh rate of your monitor. My 970 can run the game at 144fps at Ultra easily.

A: It boots up on the Hard Drive and comes with windows 10.
A: They swapped out some RAM and storage for a graphics card. The other PC didn't have a graphics card. I wondered the same thing until i looked a bit harder
