“Can this run Rocket League and Fortnite on high settings and what would the frame rate need to be? Can I add in a 1080 gtx into this or maybe a 1060”

Hey STARBallerx8, This will be able to handle those games at a medium setting. As well, the graphics card can be upgrade/replaced. If you go for a higher end card such as the GTX 1060 or GTX 1080, we recommend upgrading the power supply as well.
