• Yeah, This should be able to run almost every modern game at or above 60fps due to the gtx 1070 in the rig, the 16gigs of ram is also more than required so you should be good.

• Yes This Pc can easily run this game on max settings. 1080p is a Breeze and even in 1440p it could easily run that aswell on high or Ultra. Hope this helps, have a wonderful day.
