This would really depend on how stable your internet connection is and what types of games you want to run, as well as if you want to have multiple apps/games open at the same time etc. These variables heavily dictate game experience. For heavy multitasking, we always recommend a stronger CPU/RAM combo. If the games you wish to play are on the end of AAA titles, a stronger GPU is more preferred as well.
