Hello Mason, the keyboard included is not mechanical. This computer can run Rainbox Six: Siege on Medium or High Settings, PUBG on Medium to High settings, Fortnite on High settings and CS:GO on High Settings. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide FPS information as this is very dependent on your chosen settings. Thank you!
