QuestionHow do you remove the cover to the psu? I am wanting to upgrade the gpu but it requires an 8 pin express cord and I can’t get to it if I can’t remove the cover.

- Answer Hello, You should be able to easily remove the PSU cover after unscrewing a few screws.

Questionhi, so the rgb fans have stopped working, and when i went to go check the three pin connector everything was plugged in, also when i used to change the color of my fans it would say update required and i was never able to update it, whats wrong?

- Answer Hello, You will not need a new power supply for an upgrade from an i5 to an i7. The GPU is the main power draw, so if you upgrade that in the future, you should probably upgrade the power supply then.

QuestionI've tried both the motherboard and graphics card DP and HDMI ports and I still cannot get a signal to my HP Pavilion 27xi. I've tested the cord, it's working right now as I right this message. I'm guessing this is an issue with the car? Or my screen?

- Answer take panels off both sides and see if any wires are unplugged, if not, Try to re-seat graphics card, Watch a youtube vid, its really easy. Also recommend reseating your RAM stick.

- Answer I wouldn’t trust the power supply they come with, with that kind of power draw. Mine had a power supply that couldn’t even handle the components it came with.
