YES. You should be able to. Motherboard is b365m ib-r. I checked on PCPartpIcker and it's compatible with that RAM https://pcpartpicker.com/product/gKpmP6/gigabyte-b365m-ds3h-micro-atx-lga1151-motherboard-b365m-ds3h I was only able to swap out the ram and not install the 2x8gb near the 16x2 GB sticks with it though. The computer wouldn't start otherwise
