A:Answer Sounds like a memory failure. If under warranty return it. If not under warranty, open the case, locate the memory sticks, and make sure they are securely plugged into the slots. You can also try moving the memory sticks around and see what happens. If that doesn't fix the problem, take it to the geeks and let them diagnose and repair it. After it's repaired, install internet security and make backups of your machine regularly!
