Q: QuestionBought this computer less than a year ago and it seems like it has gotten real loud, especially when I game. I think the two stacked fans in the rear are going bad. Do you have those exact type fans for this particular model or any generic type will work?

Q: QuestionSo I upgraded my CPU to a i9-9900k and after I put everything in the cooler RGB light doesn't turn on. Does this mean that it's not in correctly or is it just a setting I need to turn back on or something?

Q: QuestionI just bought this PC for my gamer son and after a week it keeps crashing. Blue screen flashes quickly and says it's a memory issue I think. What now? Do I need to return it or is it a warranty thing? Thanks

• A:Answer Sounds like a memory failure. If under warranty return it. If not under warranty, open the case, locate the memory sticks, and make sure they are securely plugged into the slots. You can also try moving the memory sticks around and see what happens. If that doesn't fix the problem, take it to the geeks and let them diagnose and repair it. After it's repaired, install internet security and make backups of your machine regularly! Believe this, sooner or later the machine will need to be restored and if you don't back up the data, it's lost... my2cents

Q: QuestionMy Chassis fans light up but no longer are spinning. I only show a CPU2 fan and Chassis Fan 2 in my Bios. This includes the water pump fan. I do not want to have my MB or my waterpump overheat. I have checked the connections and all are in order.

Q: QuestionIf I buy 140mm fans to pute on top of the case and I don’t know how to do it but can Best Buy build it for me I heard they charge like 100$ to do it and I will probably buy a 1 terabyte ssd as well
