A:Answer No computer is immune from malware. Apple products have historically been a smaller portion of the market than Microsoft and thus had less exposure. The Mac OS is built with security as a central priority, however, security patches are issued from time to time. To me this means, vulnerabilities can still be found by bad actors. I have had an iMac for 8 years and prefer it to Windows machines. However, I would not operate it without anti- malware software.
