- Answer I believe it can connect to 2.4 + 5 Gigahertz. Insignia is one of the Best Buy private lines so why did you not contact them regarding specifications on their product . Honestly the processor is not large enough for the tablet and whatever you're connected to takes a long time to load. I bought it as an extra tablet but I am thinking of replacing it.

QuestionHello I recently purchased a Insignia Flex 10.1 from best buy but when I attempted to use the camera feature the front facing camera is black and white while the back facing camera is in color. How do I fix the filter or is the camera broken?Please advise

- Answer You should be able to go into the camera app and touch the 3 dots to get to settings, then adjust the color mode which is to the right of the screen.

QuestionWhy does it have a wifi data usage in the settings that goes up to 2.0 GB? I use my home wifi for Internet so does that mean when it reaches 2.0 for that cycle I won't be able to use wifi anymore till the next cycle?

- Answer The data usage is only there for users to track their consumption. Some internet users have a data limit and so have to track their usage.

QuestionI have the model NS-P10A7100 it was a Christmas gift for my son. Now it will not charge. I have tried different micro SD chargers and nothing works. What do I need to do? My son got maybe a month of good use out of this tablet.

- Answer Check the warranty coverage and possibly contact the store of purchase. It sounds like it has a bad battery or charging port.

- Answer It has a mini USB for charging. We bought a mini to large USB converter and now anything with a normal USB like wireless keyboard and mouse work with it.

- Answer Yes just going to Amazon and type in looking for a digitizer if the screen is broken or image quality is bad. You can find all the parts probably through Amazon and eBay
