Q: QuestionWe keep this fridge/freezer in the basement for "overflow" storage. The freezer seems to be keeping things frozen but doesn't keep ice cream cold - it comes out soupy. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and is there a solution?

Q: QuestionIs it normal for the compressor to be running almost all the time? I have mine set on 3 and only open it once per day and it seems to almost always be running. It is spaced properly from the walls.

Q: QuestionFridge set to standby, both the fridge and freezer compartments stop cooling, why not just unplug the unit?If need just the freezer, should the fridge compartment be set to lowest setting? Beside in standby, do all other mode use same amount of wattage?
