A:AnswerSo I may answer my own question. I contacted Apple Support. The iPhone XS according to them does not support fast wireless charging only fast connected charging.
A:AnswerYou simply lay your phone on its back with the center of the back of the phone resting on top of the center of the charging disc. It will begin to charge automatically.
