QuestionHow do I get the creases out of the screen? It’s been laying outside all day now and the creases are pretty noticeable still. I can’t iron it cuz it’s plastic.

- Answer Ours wasn’t bad once we secured it to the blowup frame. It almost stretches it out and smooth out the wrinkles.

- Answer The air inflation pump runs constantly in order to keep it inflated (and thus you’ll need access to a power source to use it). It comes with instructions.

- Answer The projector screen is compatible with essentially any front projector (as opposed to rear projection) that is designed for home use. The projector you need depends on your environment (are you going to be using the screen in the shade, direct sunlight, at night etc.). If using at night you can use nearly any projector. But during the day you’re going to need something with at least 3000lm of output and some exposure mitigation for direct sunlight. While the screen will be at its best, you’ll have to manage expectations if you want to use it during the day for actual movie watching. (Kids for example would still be able to enjoy cartoons because the animations are simple and detail is unimportant, but it might not do if a movie theater experience or live action TV show with serious viewing was expected in broad daylight.)

- Answer It is an inflatable frame with a screen mounted to it. So it does come with spikes and tie down ropes but it is vulnerable to excessive winds.

Our Outdoor Projector Screen comes included with all parts necessary to assemble the item, however the only thing that you will need to provide will be a hammer to make sure the screen is secured to the ground. The Screen will be brand new, with no damage to it, and will include a Quick Setup Guide with the correct first time setup steps. If the purchase was made online, you have two options on receiving your item, you can have it shipped directly to your home or pick the item at the store. QuestionIs this item black across the entire back with the white portion attached to the top of it or is the back opened with the white hanging in the open middle. A light shinning in my yard to where is this is not black under the white it won't work for me.
