I just purchase mine in Sept 2022, and it came with all hardware & instructions to reverse the hinges on the door.

I just bought the 13 cu ft model in March 2025. The manual does not show anything about switching doors. Also, the very top of the fridge does not have a place to switch the door, despite the door itself and the bottom frame having a design that seemingly allows for this. It seems they have removed this feature for new models.

There is a discrepancy on this question. Under "Show Full Specs," it says that there is NO reversible door hinge. However, in the Product Datasheet, it is stated that there are "Reversible doors," to "give...more options in
placing your refrigerator." I tend to think the Datasheet is correct, especially since one reply stated that he/she had purchased this unit in 2022 and "it came with all hardware & instructions to reverse the hinges on the door." Of course, it is possible that the reversing feature was removed in newer models, so Best Buy should make an effort to clarify the matter. Either that, or field possibly hundreds of inquiries directly to their stores.
