A:AnswerNo it’s not supposed to say permanently lit. Just a little dog that shows whether you’re using it as a refrigerator or the freezer. I find it to be an awesome freezer.
A:AnswerI’m a consumer....your question probably needs to be answered by manufacturer but I have in my garage and set as a freezer at -4 and I bought a temperature gauge to go inside. It’s maintained the temperature at -4. When using as a refrigerator and set temp at its lowest setting of 36 degrees the unit would only cool down to 40 degrees. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerI’m just a consumer and cannot answer your question but be sure it’s not on extension cord plus refrigerators should be on the rated breaker size to handle the amp requirement by the manufacturer. I have mine on a 20 amp dedicated breaker.
