A:AnswerTo my understanding, the door doesn’t lock. The lock button on the panel applies to locking the keypad so the mode doesn’t get accidentally changed.
The magnets in the door do require a little extra effort to pull open, but I’m certainly ok with that.

A:AnswerI have the exact same issue. The freezer is set to 0F but once every 24 hours it goes up to 25F and then back down to 0F. I have a temperature alarm in it and it beeps every day at least once.
I don't have any door leaks or power issues. The unit is brand new and leveled. Not sure what to do. I will call customer support and try to exchange it for a new one but I'm afraid it may come with the same issue. (most people that don't have a temperature alarm could be having the issue and just don't know about it)

A:AnswerI’m a consumer....your question probably needs to be answered by manufacturer but I have in my garage and set as a freezer at -4 and I bought a temperature gauge to go inside. It’s maintained the temperature at -4. When using as a refrigerator and set temp at its lowest setting of 36 degrees the unit would only cool down to 40 degrees. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerI’m just a consumer and cannot answer your question but be sure it’s not on extension cord plus refrigerators should be on the rated breaker size to handle the amp requirement by the manufacturer. I have mine on a 20 amp dedicated breaker.
