A:AnswerI don't have an answer but i have the same problem with the same model. It is in my kitchen and the temperature is never out of range. I 3D printed spacers to keep it away from the wall. Any insight besides buying another elsewhere would be great.

A:AnswerThis unit cannot be used for wines.
Try the Model NS-BC2ZSS1 for Wine Bottles and Beverage Cans.
The Dual-zone cooling feature separates your wine collection from canned drinks with two independently controlled sections.
A:AnswerThank you for your inquiry! The E4 error code on the Insignia™ 130-Can Beverage Cooler typically indicates a defrost sensor malfunction. This sensor is responsible for monitoring frost buildup and regulating the defrost cycle. When the cooler displays this error, it usually means the sensor is either not functioning correctly or is not being detected by the system. To troubleshoot, you can try unplugging the unit for a few minutes and then plugging it back in to reset the system. If the error persists, inspect the cooler for any visible frost buildup or obstructions near the sensor area, which is often located near the evaporator. Keith | Insignia Support
A:AnswerWhere is it installed? This unit is designed to live inside and not built into cabinetry. It is not capable of maintaining more than about -30 to -40 degree F differential from ambient.
What is the heat load when you measured this? What was put in the refrigerator at the same time as the thermometer? How often was the door opened? Is the unit level? Does the door seal close properly around the entire perimeter? Hopefully something here helps point you in the direction of a solution.
