Now, in order to honor the warranty of your NS-RTM18WH8Q refrigerator, I would need to ask you the following information:
- When did this start happening? (Hot Sides from first day.)
- Was it misused or damaged in some way (accidental or not)?
- When and where did you make the purchase?
- Do you still have the receipt? If so, please attach a picture of it.
In this case, I would suggest to perform a power cycle of it by following these steps: (Did not try.)
1. Disconnect the refrigerator power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Turn the controls to "Off" or "0" inside the fridge.
3. Wait for an hour. (So my food goes bad?)
4. Adjust the fridge controls to the desired setting.
5. Allow the unit up to one day to adjust to a stable temperature.
A:AnswerUnclear if glass shelf being quoted is on top of draws on bottom of frig. Probably. Glass shelves to replace wire racks unable to find from only 43 parts listed. Half are shown as Not Available. There is no other parts list. Manual has no parts list. Took 3 days & several emails to get Customer Service in Philippians to understand request is for Parts List. Frig is made in Thailand, per inside label. Finally got below info to order some parts:

Frig now is shown as 6 weeks delivery. Probably do to $100 off sale price $450, that started late May 2021 & still in effect @ time of this answer on 6/30/21. That is OK to be hard to get, Better to just pay up for another brand with long standing better performance & customer service in USA.

A:AnswerOur manual doesn’t include part numbers, but usually when we have a shelf break we just call customer service and give them the model number of the fridge and they’ll look it up and send us a replacement part.

A:AnswerMaybe you should unplug it for a few hours. Check to make sure nothing is cracked in the back of the refrigerator. Check your outlet where your refrigerator is plugged in. I hope this helps.
