A:AnswerThe "water noise" you're referring to in the Insignia™ 18.6 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator is a common observation among users. This noise is typically due to the normal operation of the refrigerator, such as the refrigerant flowing through the cooling coils or the ice maker filling with water.
These sounds are generally harmless and part of the refrigerator's regular functioning. However, if the noise is excessively loud or concerning, it might be worth checking the installation to ensure the unit is level and that there are no obstructions around it.

A:AnswerHi, FridgeHugger. Thank you for inquiry! The coils in the Insignia™ - 18.6 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator are typically located either behind the bottom front grille or on the back of the appliance. To clean them, you may need to remove the bottom front grille or pull the refrigerator away from the wall to access the coils on the back. Once accessible, you can use a refrigerator coil brush and a vacuum attachment to remove dust and debris. It's important to clean the coils regularly, ideally every six months, to maintain optimal performance and prolong the life of the refrigerator. A:AnswerSorry I can answer this question however I would avoid this product at all costs if you want to have the ice maker installed. They have been to my house 5 times - no exaggeration and none of the technicians have been able to install the ice maker. The first 4 did not even open the box, The fifth set did try to no avail. It has been the worst customer service ever.
A:AnswerYou cannot! They lied to me about this and strung me along for months, sending me the wrong parts over and over again and wasting hours and hours of my time on the phone. I finally had a guy come out and physically look at it and he told me they do not even make left side hinges.
A:AnswerHello Naemac,
To make it easier to adjust the leveling feet, please have someone push the top of the refrigerator to tilt it slightly then rotate the leveling feet clockwise (to raise) your refrigerator or counterclockwise (to lower). For more questions and product support you may contact our customer service at 1-(877)-467-4289 Monday to Saturday 8am - 9pm CST.

A:AnswerI don't know if you can purchase that accessory, but our old frig had the deli drawer, which has a special bracket that attaches under the shelf allowing it to slide. We knew this new one did not have the deli drawer so we smartly kept our shelf/deli drawer from the old frig (Whirlpool), removed one of the new shelves, and replaced it with the old shelf w the deli drawer - it fit perfectly in the new frig as it was essentially the same capacity, and almost the identical glass shelf. The size was a perfect fit.
