“overscan not selectable, channel flashback not working 1 - The overscan option is grayed out and always on for ATV tuner channels (it is selectable on DTV channels). I'm reasonably certain that feature worked at first, then stopped almost immediately. The cable goes straight into the television, with no converter box. How can I turn overscan off? 2 - The channel flashback/swap does not work properly when switching from an ATV channel to a DTV channel. Once the DTV sub-channel number is entered, the flashback will not return to the previously viewed ATV channel. Is this normal? There does not appear to be a firmware update as of 1/6/13 to fix either of these issues. Can anyone help? Thank you.”
