QuestionWhat is the correct settings to connect this HDTV ( Insignia™ - 19" Class - LED - 720p - HDTV) to a laptop? I have connected the two but this monitor (HDTV) says “no signal”.

- Answer I too had this connected to a laptop and had no issues. I used the HDMI port to connect it. Check your display settings on the laptop to see if the monitor is even visible and go from there.

QuestionWe bought a insignia 19 inch 720p tv I can’t get tv to go full screen it’s like a 13 inch not a full 19 . Could it because I am using cable direct and not using a HDMI cable hookup . We are using an older cable box that does not have HDMI hook up on it

- Answer The earphone jack is the standard 3.5mm. So most over the ear, on the ear, ear bud, etc. headphones will work.
