A:AnswerWe use an Amazon fire stick, which, I believe, works the same as the Chromecast. We had no issues plugging it into the hdmi port. We did use the extender, supplied by Amazon. Chromecast also provides an extender. Very easy.

A:AnswerThis set creates very very little heat so clearance isn't a big issue. Your clearance issue will be from the wall mount you select. Most wall mounts need about 2" of clearance on top to hook the mounting arms onto the wall bracket.
