- Answer Yes you can! There are various ways, the best method is by using the OPTICAL INPUT, which requires an Optical Cable ... available at Best Buy and everywhere else. If your TV has an RCA Audio out (the old-fashioned Red & White plug cable), you can use that as well and they even put one of those cables in the box.

- Answer Yes, wireless with blue tooth capability. This sound bar also comes with RCA cables and has RCA, optical, and USB ports. It should work fine with a Dell computer either using blue tooth or plugging into your audio port with the RCA cable and adaptor plug which are included with the sound bar, or using a USB port connection. It does need to be plugged into an outlet for power to the sound bar.
