QuestionWe have only had this for about a week. Sound bar has lost connectivity 2 times already & have a hard time syncing it back to tv. Is this a common problem???

- Answer I had trouble loosing sound using the optics cable connection after a few minutes. Leds flashing 3 colors continuously. Ended up using the mini jack input.

QuestionIs this a HiFi soundbar. My sound bar isn't and it sounds awful. I bought it before I knew what I was needing. I ran into the same thing with a transmitter for my headphones. Mono sounds terrible.

- Answer Yes. There are built in mount holes at 22 inches center to center. There is also a template, screws, and inserts in the box.

QuestionHow is the clearance on the back of the sound bar once mounted on the wall? Do the power and optical cords have room between the unit and the wall?

- Answer Yes. The factory brackets provide about an inch of clearance from the wall to the back of the sound bar. I neatly zip tied the excess wire for the power cord and audio input cable. It was a nice clean and easy installation. Well worth the money!

QuestionWhen I turn my tv on, the soundbar light stays red. So I use the remote to turn the soundbar on and it stays red. So then I manually press the on/off and eventually it turns green. What am I doing wrong? Note: professionally installed

- Answer I had issues with the optical connection. It would only play audio from my Apple TV, and wouldn’t recognize any other devices, (Switch, DVD player, etc) and stopped working within a week entirely. I swapped to the included audio jack cable and have had zero problems and no noticeable difference in the audio quality since. It now works with all my devices.

- Answer This can connect to pretty much any modern TV. If you have an optical or HDMI you can connect to it.. However I did not find the sound quality of this to be a significant upgrade.
